1. User Responsibility & Document Verification
The data and documents collected, generated, or utilized by the user on this platform are the sole responsibility of the user. The user must independently verify, review, and deeply analyze all generated drafts, citations, and factual claims before proceeding to file or utilize them in any legal capacity.
2. No Liability Clause
While JurisVault employs advanced artificial intelligence for drafting, the platform acts strictly as an assistive tool. The platform assumes absolutely no liability or responsibility regarding the factual correctness, legal validity, or strategic viability of any generated document.
3. Valid Jurisprudence Guarantee
The platform explicitly confirms that only valid, recognized judgments sourced from official and recognized legal repositories are referenced and utilized during the automated drafting of documents. However, the applicability of these judgments to the user's specific case remains the user's responsibility to verify.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate expenditure of significant computational resources, proprietary AI inference tokens, and cloud infrastructure required during document ingestion and generation, all transactions and service usages on the platform are final. There is a strict No Refund Policy under any circumstances.
5. Legal Fraternity Advertising
Short advertisements or promotional notices directly related to the legal fraternity—such as election campaigning of advocates, professional announcements, and services specifically related to the legal sector—are permitted and may be displayed within the application interfaces.
